4. Capability Building

It has been found that most organisations are not happy with the quality of candidates’ screening during the interview process. This results in a high level of dissatisfaction amongst Managers. On the other hand it often leads to dissatisfaction and distress and eventually and early exit of an employee. More often than not the fault lies within the organisation.

We provide solutions to address this situation by either building the process from scratch or modifying or strengthening the good existing process.

Recruitment Process
We evaluate and if required suggest the changes for effective sourcing of profiles. We stress on maintaining a healthy mix of sources like job boards, vendors, employee references and advertisements. We stress on not relying or letting one of these take too much proportion of the Sourcing.
